Unlike a relief valve (which vents pressure for safety), this valve operates continuously, modulating the flow rate to ensure that the outlet pressure remains constant regardless of changes in demand or supply pressure.
Designed using SolidWorks and flow-optimized via CFD analysis, our PRV features a hydro-dynamically efficient body that minimizes turbulence and noise. Whether for steam, gas, or liquid distribution, it provides precise control to protect downstream equipment from over-pressurization and ensure efficient process operation.

- Precision Regulation: Automatically adjusts valve opening to maintain a fixed outlet pressure (Set Point) with high accuracy.
- Fluctuation Compensation: Instantly reacts to upstream pressure spikes or downstream flow changes to keep the system stable.
- High Turndown Ratio: Capable of controlling pressure effectively across a wide range of flow rates (from low to high demand).
- Tight Shut-Off: Designed to close tight (Class VI or Class IV) when there is zero downstream demand to prevent "creep" or pressure buildup.
- Robust Internals: Hardened trim materials to resist erosion caused by high-velocity throttling.
